Products

What materials and specifications (diameter, length, breaking load, elongation) of bonding wire do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of bonding wires including gold, silver, copper, palladium-coated copper, and aluminum alloys. Our products are available in diameters from 0.6 mil to 2.0 mil (approximately 15 μm to 50 μm) and standard spool lengths of 500m or 1000m. Mechanical properties such as breaking load and elongation are strictly controlled according to industry standards——for example, elongation typically ranges from 1% to 10% depending on diameter and material. Custom specifications are also available upon request.

Yes, we provide free samples for quality testing and process validation prior to bulk orders. Sample quantities are typically 1–2 spools, allowing you to conduct thorough bonding trials on your production equipment. We also offer technical support during your evaluation process to ensure seamless integration.

Under recommended storage conditions, our bonding wire has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of shipment. To maintain optimal performance, store spools in their original vacuum-sealed packaging in a clean, dry environment at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C with relative humidity below 60%. Avoid exposure to corrosive gases, dust, and direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend using the wire within 30 days to prevent surface oxidation or contamination.

Orders

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for my first trial order and for subsequent bulk orders?

For trial orders, our MOQ is as low as 1 spool (typically 500m or 1000m depending on diameter). For bulk orders, the MOQ is generally 10–20 spools per specification. We understand that customers have different needs, so we are flexible——please contact us to discuss your specific requirements, and we will work out a solution that fits your production schedule and budget.

For standard products in stock, we can ship within 1–3 business days. For custom or bulk orders, the typical production lead time is 5–8 working days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. For large-volume contracts, we can adjust production schedules to meet your delivery requirements. We will always confirm the exact lead time in our sales order acknowledgment.

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Preferred for most orders, with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment

  • L/C (Letter of Credit): Available for large-volume orders

  • Western Union: Available for small-value sample orders

  • PayPal: Accepted for sample and small orders
For long-term cooperation, we are open to discussing flexible payment terms.

Delivery

What are your shipping terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF)?

We support multiple Incoterms to suit your logistics preferences, including:

  • EXW (Ex Works): You arrange pickup from our factory

  • FOB (Free on Board): We handle export clearance and deliver to the named port of shipment

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port

  • DDU/DDP: Available upon request
We recommend FOB or CIF for most international shipments as they provide a good balance of cost and convenience.
